Synergy Homes of Southern California is a collaboration born out of a networking effort. James and Della where frustrated with a multiple  home project in West Side Costa Mesa. They asked around for General Contractors who had experience in High density small lot subdivisions. They met Grant Keene with WJK  Development and reviewed all of his work that he had accomplished in the city of Huntington Beach and Los Angeles.  After that meeting the connection grew into three people that share the same passion for new construction and improving the communities is Southern California.
